Moustaches Made in Movember

This is the season of Movember. It’s the perfect time for ‘Men‘ to flaunt their moustaches with pride.

I’m also joining the league of moustaches that are made in Movember. Let’s join to create the awareness ride for testicular and prostrate cancer in men.

Flaunt a moustache and promote the Movember month like a Man.

The Missing Ally

This is a different feeling altogether.

When two men work as a team in all games and crimes, there is this synchronous execution of plans. One man plans it and the other executes it in his own unmatched style. When one loses the grip of the task, the other picks up the momentum and balances the ship. This is an ultimate team that one would dream of.

When the Batman loses his ally, Robin, or vice versa, there is a big void created. Both the Batman and Robin know it very well. They know that both rely on each other at crucial moments.

But now, the team has to split up. The thrill of a crime is lost when your best ally is missing.

The world has seen it. Some of the best music bands have tasted phenomenal success when they worked as a team. Their decline was easily visible when the team was split.

The journey with the best teammate is sometimes a onetime journey. At some point, the journey has to end. From there on, it’s a different journey with the leftover footprints.

This post is about the void and the feeling felt when one loses his ally. Have you felt it? If yes, do drop in your comments.

At Coffeehouse with Solitude

He travels, he watches movies, he goes shopping, he walks, he explores, he plays and he goes to the coffeehouse. But he does all these activities alone in solitude.

He finds peace in solitude.

He is in love with solitude.

He talks to himself in solitude.

He is in harmony with solitude.

He walks by holding the hands of solitude.

He is at the coffeehouse with solitude.

Ernest Hemingway Wrote So…

"A man can be destroyed but not defeated." ― Ernest Hemingway, The Old Man and the Sea.

After reading Ernest Hemingway’s ‘The Old Man and the Sea‘, one sentence has got my attention.

“A man can be destroyed but not defeated. ” ― Ernest Hemingway, The Old Man and the Sea.

A man can be easily destroyed but cannot be defeated completely. It calls for the high spirits of a man.

There would be a lot of things that go deep inside a man’s heart. It hurts him, pulls him down, tests his creditability, challenges him and even makes him appear like a fool. But a man with a strong will power and patience will not be defeated. It is not about the masculinity or testosterone levels. It is all about how a man holds his composure during the hardships and difficult times.

The struggle is so worth fighting for.

Again, a man can be destroyed but he cannot be defeated completely.

A Man Admits it Openly

They say that men submerge their feelings,
It’s true to the core from men’s perspective,
For a change, let a man admit his feelings openly,
Here are the feelings of a man who isn’t afraid of opening himself up.

Yes, he doesn’t like to shed a tear in front of others,
Yes, he pretends to be strong although he is broken,
Yes, he does foolish things and makes mistakes,
Yes, he forgets many things unknowingly.

Yes, he doesn’t think much and make things complex,
Yes, he loves sports, video games, gadgets, machines, technology and action,
Yes, he focuses on only one task at a time and does it clean,
Yes, he is lazy and hates to clean his room.

Yes, he is careless and loves hanging out with his friends,
Yes, he loves his beard and hates to shave his beard,
Yes, he doesn’t imagine things like women,
Yes, he is practical and logical.

Yes, he is also a human being with emotions and feelings,
Yes, he has a hell lot of rebellion and turmoil going inside him,
Yes, he is clueless at times
Yes, he has his own likes, dislikes, ambitions and hopes,

Yes, ‘She’ makes him weak,
Yes, ‘She’ makes him cry,
Yes, ‘She’ makes him strong,
Yes, ‘She’ makes him smile,

Yes, he thinks about ‘Her’ round the clock,
Yes, he is mad about ‘Her’,
Yes, he craves to see ‘Her’,
Yes, he dies to listen to hear ‘Her’ voice.

Yes, he will do anything to make ‘Her’ smile,
Yes, he will keep up his promise for ‘Her’,
Yes, he allows her to pursue ‘Her’ dreams,
Yes, he is happy to let ‘Her’ go if she wants to,

Yes, he is ready to forget ‘Her’ if it is required,
Yes, he finds it hard to move on,
Yes, he knows that he can’t forget ‘Her’,
Yet still, he will forget ‘Her’…
